Lewis Community Developers is the master developer and rewards are in addition to and not part of commission paid by individual guest builders. Rewards will be paid at the Close of Escrow and are non-transferable. Program terms are subject to change without notice. The recipient of any reward shall be responsible for all federal, state and local income, sales, and other taxes relating to any reward received, as well as for all fees, costs, and expenses associated with said reward. Lewis Community Developers will report all rewards to appropriate taxing authorities and issue necessary reports or notices (such as Form 1099) regarding such rewards to the recipients and taxing authorities. If Agent is not broker, Agent is responsible to disclose any rewards received to his/her employing Broker. 4/07
